1. Acceptance

By using the services of Clean Crew LLC ("Clean Crew"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services 

Clean Crew provides residential and commercial cleaning services. The specific services provided will be outlined in the service agreement or quote.

3. Pricing

Pricing for our services will be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to change. Additional charges may apply for services not included in the initial quote, such as emergency cleanings or specialized cleaning tasks.

4. Payment

Payment for our services is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

5. Cancellation

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

6. Liability

Clean Crew is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal property that may occur during our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that valuable items are secured before our arrival.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Clean Crew harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. 

9. Changes

Clean Crew reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.  www.getcleancrew.com
